THE Innisfail Gem Fest, hosted by the Innisfail & District Gem Club, is back in 2021, and will be held on Saturday, July 31 from 8.00am to 2.00pm at River Avenue (opposite the Con Theatre) and down the lane.
Entry is free to this family-friendly event and there is guaranteed to be something for young and old.
There will be stalls with a wide array of gemstones from Australia and around the world on display and for sale, as well as jewellery.
At the hidden treasure stall people can dig for hidden gemstones, learn how to facet gems, and jewellery making Raffles, an all-day sausage sizzle, and tea, coffee, and cold drinks will also be available.
