The Club managed to hold two competitions out of the anticipated three last week, with the Thursday Sporters being a total ‘wash out’.
Tuesday, July 6
Several faithful interstate players arrived, which boosted the number of players nicely, but it was the locals who were the winners!
Paul Marland won with 37 Stableford, notwithstanding a hairline fracture in his foot (beware the injured sportsman!). The runner-up was Jo Bishop on 35.

Saturday, July 10
Finally, the Club was able to hold the GA Flegler Sponsorship Day on Saturday, with a great field competing in a Stableford event.
The Ladies’ winner was Caryl Lavell on 35. The runner-up was Fran Lomas on 33, with Lisa
Spiegler, third on 31.
The Men’s winner was Troy Kopp on 38; the runner-up was Paul Marland on 36, and
Jamie Smith was third on a countback on 35.
